BROAD FUNCTION
-To convert system PR to PO correctly and issue the order to relative vendor,then keep track of the open orders status till the goods which we ordered can be received timely and completely;file all the purchase document.
-Except for this,the buyer need to help the QA to solve the in-coming material’s quality issue,also help the financial person to solve the invoice issue.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
-Timely communicate with I/C & Master planner about the material’s actual demand/updated required delivery date /open orders status; Convert PR to PO in SAP correctly and timely，issue order to the relative vendor and make sure the vendor receive the order, ask the vendor to send back the order acknowledgement which listed the goods delivery date.
-Keep track of the open orders status in time and positive, till the goods, which we ordered, can be received timely and completely via ZMM13
-Export the open PO report every day and clear it timely;
-Update all the open orders’ delivery date timely ;
-Help Warehouse people when they have problem on goods receiving and returning;
-Coordinate with Financial person to solve the invoice issue;
-Help QA to solve the incoming material’s quality issue;
-Cooperate with the engineer and sales person about the new project RM preparation;
-Feedback all the request from the requestor timely;
-Declare our company policy and outer audit policy (such as GPMS ) to vendor.

QUALIFICATION
-College degree or above,bachelor degree would be a plus;
-With 2 years related working experience or above;
-Good Listening ,Speaking and Writing English ability;
-Good interaction skill & team work;
-High work responsibility;
-Be careful and Positive;
-Can work independently and under the big work pressure;
-Task oriented and committed.
