25-38岁，中专以上，两年以上压铸铝合金、五金冲压工作经验；

岗位职责：
1、负责新产品的品质开发策划工作；
2、编制新产品的品质控制计划，编写FAMA等；
3、负责新产品制样品质检测和制样过程中的质量控制；
4、负责制订各工序SIP；
5、负责验收检具、量具和检具、量具的优化改进；
6、负责新产品开发过程中全部品质评估和总结；
7、负责同品质部的沟通，在产品试产和量产时要对品质部相关人员进行有效的培训，做到无缝链接；
8、负责项目结案的文件的受控和存档；
9、负责旧产品的品质稽核工作，优化旧产品品质管控。
