Main Responsibilities 主要职责

1. 与瑞士方沟通，根据总部的培训内容，按照实际需求建立相应的培训体系

2. 根据总部的培训内容， 组织编写、建立、完善品牌培训计划及内容

3. 根据培训计划，对经销商进行培训实施、并及时跟踪反馈。

4. 对培训效果进行跟进、评估分析, 并提交分析报告及改善建议，以确保培训效果。

5. 制定年度/季度/月度的培训计划，并跟进实施效果反馈；

6. 推动全品牌培训工作的开展。

7. 与公司其他部门形成良好的协作关系。

Experience/Education Required 任职资格

1. 零售行业背景，2年以上企业培训经验（外企 & 耐用消费品行业优先）；

2. 能熟练运用培训相关技巧，达到预期结果。能独立开展培训工作；

3. 英语读写流利，熟练使用PPT、Excel等office常用软件

Personal Characteristics个人特性

1. 具有较强的协调沟通能力、思考计划能力、良好的服务意识和团队合作精神；

2. 自信心强，控场力强，具有强组织计划能力；

3. 反应灵敏，具有较强的责任心、主动性；
