职位描述：
1、材料准备：根据公司资金需求，结合公司资产及项目情况，按照融资政策准备所需材料，包括数据信息收集、提炼、沟通、优化等，确保材料通过融资机构审核，获得最优融资条件；
2、政策研究：充分了解各大银行的业务品种及融资政策，通过比对研究，提出最佳融资方案供管理层决策；
3、渠道管理：银行、股票增发、PE基金、证券、股权、信托等融资渠道拓展，与各投资机构维护良好的合作关系；
4、流程控制：对融资及资金使用全过程进行控制，及时、高效地满足项目开发资金需求。

职位要求：
1、人品踏实守信，珍惜发展机会，有志于在公司长期发展；
2、具备房地产项目开发全过程财务管理经验；
3、具备商业地产项目开发及业态运营融资、财务管理相关经验；
4、熟悉银行业务品种与融资政策，具备良好的沟通协调能力；
5、主动积极，眼里有活，能提前筹划融资相关工作，计划性好，执行力强（今日事今日毕），工作有条理（工作文档管理有序），谦虚好学。

6必须要有房产的全程财务管理经验（年限不限），商业地产融资经验优先。
