职责描述：

1、负责开发拓展财富管理客户，向客户提供专业理财规划与投资建议；
2、负责销售理财公司产品，根据客户需求提供量身定做的理财建议及规划；
3、完成销售经理制定的销售目标、负责对公司理财产品进行全力宣传、推广、销售；
4、根据一线工作了解到的客户反馈，向公司提出产品及流程优化建议。

职位要求：

1、金融、管理、营销等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、具备两年以上金融领域工作经验；
3、具有良好职业道德与从业素质；
4、具有良好的客户沟通、人际交往及维系客户关系的能力；
5、诚实守信，为人谦虚、勤奋努力，具有高度的团队合作精神和高度的工作热情；
6、银行理财产品经验、具有良好的渠道开拓、沟通、维护能力，有高端客户资源者优先。
