职位描述：

1）能够独立或主持大城市的总体规划、分区规划；
2）能够独立主持城市重点地区的控制性详细规划，并能在规划中提出对该地区独特的规划思路；
3）能够独立完成城市重点地区的城市规划设计方案，方案具有创新性和独特性，方案能力获一致公认；
4）能够组织带领设计团队协同工作，指导下级设计人员工作；
5）具有优秀的口头汇报能力，能够吸引打动听众，影响决策。

职位要求 ：
1）城市规划或相关专业，本科；
2）五年以上规划设计工作经验；
3) 高级工程师以上资质，注册规划师；
4）在规划设计单位担任重要技术岗位；
