职责描述 ：

1、负责集团下属分公司日常经营管理，监管公司运营，策略的执行和评估；
2、制定公司的发展战略，并根据集团整体部署进行有效合理调整，带领公司员工落实本年度发展战略，完成集团规定的公司收入指标；

职位要求 ：

1、工程管理等相关专业本科以上学历，有一级建造师证者优先；
2、8年以上大型建筑装饰企业管理经验，5年以上同岗位管理经验；
3、精通管理艺术，对工程、装饰类工艺流程熟悉；
4、在中国装饰百强企业或上海装饰行业前三十强企业中曾任职或现任同类岗位达5年以上者优先；
