OVERVIEW

Department: Training Center

T Job Title: raining Assistant 培训助理

Geography: Training Center

Reports To: (Job title) :Training Manager

Role Purpose

Give assistance to Training Manager on SG Customer Service technical SKILLS,

skill planning, skill development and Watchmaker Assessment system. Support

training activities to ens ure the needed skill capacity of future growing repair volume

is available in order to assist the overall success of Customer Service operation.

协助培训经理进行集团客户服务部门的技术管理,技术计划,技术发展及钟表

维修师技术等级系统。支持培训以保证所需技术能够达到要求以保证未来持续发展的

维修量,从而保证客户服务的总体健康运营。

Key Activities

Assist on daily training operations

协助日常培训运营

Assist on Technical Skill Planing

协助管理技术人员的技能计划

Manage and maintain training schedule, tools & equipments in Training rooms.

管理和维护培训计划日程,以及培训教室里的工具和设备。

Be responsible for general documentation and filing ac cording to superior mandate.

根据上级要求负责日常文件整理和归档。

Be responsible for routine reporting (Design, Data collection, Statistics, Formality, Submission) of support department , assist on training budget of each year.

负责日常汇报(设计,数据集合,统计,格式,呈递)以支持部门,协助完成年度培训预算。

Arrange, coordinate and prepare for the training both oversea and domestic.

沟通协作安排国内国外的培训。

Maintain the current status data of watchmak er / technician skill level and geography distribution categorized by brand and skill levels .

按品牌和技术等级,按地域差异化的需求来维护钟表师和技工的最新技能水平

Assist on Watchmaker Assessment System

协助维护钟表师的技术评级系统

Design feasible “Training Plan” from above information to fill in the skill gap, balance the needs between CSCC and branch offices and to get management concurrence & support.

通过以上信息设计可行的“培训计划”以填补技术空白,平衡 CSCC 和分公司的需求及达到管理同步和支持。

Assist Training Manager to maintain Watchmaker Assessment System on documentation , coordination, data collection.

协助培训经理对钟表师的技术评级系统进行维护,包括文件分类,协调合作,数据集合。

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Good communication skills and presentation skills, Excellent coordination and Experience to be and facilitation skills.

良好的沟通技巧和汇报技能,出色的协作能力和简易化技巧。

Quality driven mind set and hands on work ing style.

质量至上的思维模式,成熟的工作方式。

Hands on experience in office tools e.g. Microsoft office Word, Ex cel,

Requirements
