Position Description

?Order Management Process and execution, Price quotation process and follow-up, Delivery/Quotes improvement and escalation, Customer Advocate for contact and problem resolutions, Logistics (shipment tracking and delivery follow up), process returns / claims, Service Benchmark (Customer Satisfaction Survey), Relationship Management (professional, personal, frontline public relations), Manage customer forecasts and consumption for service programs as well as understand customers' tools and systems.
?Provide best-in-class service to customers with speed and quality and to achieve win-win situations for customers and ON through cross-functional teamwork with Logistic team, Supply Chain Analysts, Sales and Marketers.

Position Requirements

?3 - 5 years experience, preferably in electronic customer service industry
?Microsoft Office, Process mapping, Orders Processing System (in-depth knowledge required), Brio Query
?Fluent written and spoken English
?Logistic experience would be preferable
