Job Description:

- The successful candidate will ensure professional, courteous and efficient customer support service to both Customers and Business Partners in China.

- You will be responsible for managing a customer service team, dealing with customer issues in person & other means, and developing customer service standards for the company.

- You will promote productive and positive relationships with customers, partners and internal departments. 

- Overall responsibility for the resolution of all issues and completion of all tasks associated with customer support services.

- Directly manage the Customer Support Engineers and collaborate with other company personnel to ensure on-time and high quality delivery of support to Customers and Business Partners

- Develop, document, implement, monitor, and continually improve Customer Support methods, procedures, and processes to achieve the desired level of customer satisfaction

- Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports, including status reports, resource management, issue status, Root Cause, and customer satisfaction reports.

- Serve as the primary escalation point for issues beyond the authority of the Customer Support Engineers, you will coordinate resolution of conflicts involving scheduling, resources, or technical issues.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience

- Customer Support/Services leadership experience in a sizeable software vendor environment

- Very strong face-to-face customer relationship skills

- Demonstrated success in effectively managing and influencing customers in a software solutions environment

- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and competing priorities to successful completion. ?

- Understanding of the WFO environment an advantage

- Demonstrated expertise in customer management, process management, metrics, education, best practices methodologies.

- Project management qualification (i.e. Prince 2, PMP, etc.) an advantage

- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize and manage workload on a number of simultaneous items

- Strong command of English
