JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Performs implementation, unit testing, writing documents and integration testing.
2.Researches, accesses and applies new technologies.
3.Leads & train developers and junior developers.
4.Provides customer service and consultation.
5.Supports sales and marketing activities for technical issues.
6.Participates in System deployment and maintenance activities.
7.Participates in technical document review activities.

Required Qualifications:
1.More than 5 years development experience, at least 2 years experience in team management, understand software development full cycle very well.
2.Having software design/development experience, be expert using Visual Studio Team Suite design/development tools.
3.Good analysis skill and problem solving skill.
4.Highly capable for below four related technologies: VB.Net and/or C#, ASP.Net, SQL Server 2008. Microsoft CRM is a plus.
5.Experience in financial services, insurance, or banking systems a major benefit.
6.Proactive, self-learning, responsible, innovate, good team work spirit.
7.Logical thinking, good coding standard and high quality software project management documents and project related documents.
8.Well English reanding, speaking and listening skill, could read and write English document rapidly.
