职位描述
Responsiblity
1. Responsible for project planning by working with customers and various teams on schedule, milestones, releases and resource planning. For large projects, these should be documented in a Project Management Plan.
2. Responsible for risk assessment and to take appropriate actions.
3. Supervises project execution throughout the project's life cycle and make timely adjustments if necessary.
4. Reports to the management team on project execution status and issues.
5. Works with the quality manager to ensure quality of delivery by adhering to the established process.
6. Manages change control process.
7. Supports process improvement
8. Manages review processes.
9. Works with configuration manager to baseline work products.
10. Responsible for performance evaluations of project team members.
11. Responsible for prioritizing tasks, and for weekly plans.
Request
1. More then 6 years IT working experience, at least 3 years experience in project management, PMP is preferred.
2. Understand software development full cycle very well, experienced in leading software development projects.
3. Having business analyzing and software design/development experience, knowing well Visual Studio Team Suite tools;
4. Good analysis skill and problem solving skill;
5. Highly capable and motivated to architect solutions build exclusively on top of Microsoft technology: C#, .NET 3.5, SQL Server 2005, BizTalk Server, Microsoft CRM;
6. Experience in financial services, insurance, or banking systems a major benefit;
7. Proven leadership experience and track record in inspiring/motivating a large team;
8. Proactive, self-learning, responsible, innovate, good team work spirit;
9. Logical thinking, good coding standard and high quality software project management documents and project related documents;
10. Well English reading, writing, speaking and listening skill, could read and write English document rapidly.
