职位描述
Pre/post-sales activities:
- Maintain proactive, energized relationship with the sales organization to ensure a positive overall customer experience. Pre/post-sales presentations to particular clients.
- Provide on-line meetings and conference calls to orientate a new client, present new functionality, present blocks of on-line training, and collaborate with clients about concerns.
Project Management:
- Responsible for providing clients with implementation plans, which may include assess/evaluate client needs for initial scope of project, project schedules, project plans, benchmark studies, risk analysis, communications documents, follow-up memo, long and short-term training plans, etc.
- Manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Maintain strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization (development, sales, marketing, operations and within the Professional Services Group).
- Assist other team members with client engagements when appropriate.
Client Management:
- Assess client needs for product development issues when applicable, which includes the scope, features, plan and schedule for the development phase.
- Responsible for managing client expectations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication.
- Manage/maintain all client relationships.
Requirements:
Strong domain Knowledge in banking/financial services
Good understanding on web technology
Solid experience in project management
