Customer Care Manager

The person holding this position will be accountable for Customer Care Center which cover Asian Pacific areas. He/She will be required to work closely with different dynamic teams to make our customer satisfaction. The successful candidate must have a proven customer care background and strong management skills.

Job Description:

* This position oversees the Customer Care Center of WealthCraft corporate.
* Monitor the SLA of customers and provide service accordingly, perform incident management and task assignment, follow up and analysis.
* Prepare and refine properly process/procedure for Customer Care Center.
* Work efficient with dynamic teams based in HK and Mainland to satisfy customers.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor in business management or computer science.
* Excellent language abilities, can speak Mandarin, English, Cantonese fluently.
* Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills.
* Customer service oriented, good planning skills, can work under high pressure.
* Good ability in task priority and time management.
* 3-5 years customer service experience is preferred.
* Call center operation and management experience is preferred.
* Familiar with Microsoft office system.
* Oversea experience is a plus.
