Job Description
1. Participates in building the company’s development management processes for continually improving the relevant policies, standards and processes.
2. Responsible for project process auditing and software quality assurance work, ensuring that the delivery and record keeping is as according to software quality requirements.
3. Develops project QA plans, which ensures that the entire process of project implementation will follow communicated standards and policies.
4. Provides periodic detection and feedback on potential risks and quality issues, and follows up on relevant issues.
5. Participates in the project delivery review, and ensures the effectiveness of the review process.
6. Responsible for project quality data analysis, statistics and QA reports. Facilitates root cause analysis of project issues and provides improvement suggestions to managers.

Requirement
1. More then 2 years software testing experiences, familiar with software testing processs
2. Hign capable for multiple testing tools such as VSTS testing tools, QTP, LoadRunner, Robot, understand software and system theory and method
3. Having software test case design experience, having software testing leader experience is preferred.
4. knowing well about SQL Server or Oracle Database, using SQL well
5. Familiar with ASP.NET, C#, JAVA, having development experience will be preferred.
6. Good analysis skill and problem solving skill;
7. Experience in financial services, insurance, or banking systems a major benefit;
8. Proactive, self-learning, responsible, innovate, good team work spirit;
9. Logical thinking, good coding standard and high quality software project management documents and project related documents;
10. Well English reading, writing, speaking and listening skill, could read and write English document rapidly, CET-4 is required, CET-6 is prefered.

（1） 至少两年以上的软件测试经验，熟悉软件测试流程（本职位鉴于经验和能力的要求，不考虑应届毕业生）；
（2） 精通软件及系统理论和方法，能够熟练应用多种测试工具；
（3） 具有开发软件测试用例的经验，具有测试领导经验者优先考虑；
（4） 熟悉SQL Server，能够熟练应用SQL语言；
（5） 熟悉Asp.net、C#, 具有Web开发经验者优先考虑；
（6） 工作积极主动，具自主学习心态和能力，具备较强的总结能力；
（7） 富有责任心和创新精神，乐于分享，团队合作能力强；
（8） 英语水平良好，要求能够快速阅读和写作英文文档。
