ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 必要的职责
Establish and manage parts safe stock for Hako and Minuteman machines by customer;
根据客户建立和管理Hako及Minuteman的零件安全库存;
Regional customer management;
区域客户管理
Working time management by customer;
根据客户管理自己的工作时间
Troubleshooting by customer request;
客户机器的排故;
Service skill leaning when service training meeting and training material;
跟随维修培训会及培训材料维修技能的学习
Regional aftermarket sales management;、
区域售后服务生意管理
Service reporting management;
维修报告管理
Service tools management
维修工具管理
Knowledge Requirement 知识要求:
Strong mechanical aptitude;
机械技能知识及能力;
Technically knowledgeable and skilled in the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems, hydraulics, electrical systems, and engines;
维修技能知识及排故能力修理机器,包含液压、电器及发动机;
Ability to safely use hand and power tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices;
有能力安全使用手动工具、修理用设备及自动诊断设备
Ability to understand and fill out service-related documents and paperwork
有能力理解和填写电子维修报告文档及纸面维修报告
Ability to understand and manage expenses within his/her service operation
又能力理解和管理自己的费用
Good verbal communication skills
良好的语言沟通能力
Understand customer service values
理解客户的维修价值观
Basic inventory management skills
基本库存管理技能
Ability to lay out realistic plans and use them to effectively manage their service territory, scheduling service work
