- For our Healthcare Sector in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a (QM) Quality Engineer / 质量工程师（SF）.

What are my responsibilities?

- PLM quality coach/研发质量代表

- Supporting the development projects via attending or moderate the review meeting, as well as the mandatory member of PSG and CCB/ 支持研发项目,参加并协调评审会议,项目管理会议和CHARM控制会议.

- Ensure implementation and controlling of quality gates to gain a sustainable higher quality in the development processes/projects. If necessary, use authority to refuse development and acceptance release. Incorporate the results into quality report./ 保证质量要求的实施和控制,质量门的把关,以获得开发过程和项目持续的高品质.必要时,行使拒绝权,拒绝研发和接收的放行.把结果记录在质量报告中.

- Develop, establish, maintain and optimize a consistent global QMS together with the process owner, including required certifications based on internal and external quality/regulatory related requirements and in alignment with the Siemens Process Framework fulfilled. /和流程负责人一起开发,建立和维护,并优化统一的全球质量体系,满足包括内部和外部质量法规认证的要求,及符合西门子流程框架.

- Regular internal assessments for PLM behavior based on the mandatory elements of Siemens quality management guidelines. Direct report to the QM Manager with recommendation of improvement actions and their follow up controlling/ 根据西门子质量管理强制要素指南，对PLM的活动进行例行的内部评估，并直接向质量经理汇报改进建议及改进措施跟踪情况.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Experiences for at leas 8 years on engineering, testing, regulation, risk management, quality management / 8年以上开发、测试、法规注册、风险管理、质量管理等相关经验

- Procedure & standards understanding (ISO9001, ISO13485, IEC62304, QSR, ISO14971etc / 程序和标准的理解

- Quality assurance know -how, product safety and risk management / 熟悉质量管理,产品安全和风险管理

- Benchmarking, audits, reviews, assessments / 基准比较,审核,评审和评估方法

- Better to have / 优先考虑：

perfect English/流利的英文

medical device product knowledge/医疗器械产品知识
