About LEGO Global Commercial Team
Global commercial team is responsible for manages suppliers and novelty projects in Asia, Our Global Procurement Mission are: “ We will optimise the full value add capability of our Suppliers and leverage their knowledge and capability to provide cost effective solutions that support high quality levels and the desired flexibility to at all time meet customer demands”
Key Focus areas:

The position is reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager in the Global Commercial team. With the responsibilities on focus on supplier relation management, supplier development, supplier risk mitigation and supplier exit.
-Drive regular supplier business review according to GP SRM process in order to substain a healthy business.
-Drive supplier performance monitoring in terms of compliance and dependency monitoring
-Defines what is a good result of the supplier looks like – establishes measures to determine when the result has been reached by the planned targets
-Lead and manage the supplier with a good relationship
-Drive supplier risk analysis and mitigation strategy initiation, seeks opportunities for continuously improving the supplier management and supplier risk mitigation
-Drive supplier business contract management
-Monitor our external suppliers with right competency; ensure the suppliers have the sufficient capacity to produce our goods with LEGO quality requirement.

Position Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Manufacturing/ Merchandising/ Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline.
-10+ years of professional procurement/sourcing and supply chain management experience, preferably within an MNC or an international joint-venture based in China.
-Demonstrate understanding of supply chain and structural trends, knows the basic forces of the toys market, Positions procurement into business context and take actions in a business perspective.
-Demonstrates the ability to evaluate and manage the supplier by strategic plan
-Strong network in manufacturer market
-Strong and pro-active in self motivation, negotiation, conflict resolution, presentation, teambuilding.
-Good command of Cantonese, English and (Mandarin is desirable)
-Self-driven and able to work under pressure within the time frame
