Job Duties:
1.Provided inbound and import transshipment documentation services to customer.
2.Communicate with relevant parties and collect information in regards of inbound
3.To ensure inbound and inbound transshipment documentation services are rendered in time
4.Prepare inbound documents and reports to Principals and relevant Government departments.
5.Ensure the customers are informed with the vessel arrival date.
6.Update Manifest Corrector information into MSC Link System.
7.Contact customers for cargo details in Chinese
8.Attend customer requirements and handle customer's complaints.
9.Responsible for those correspondence with Chiwan Customs
10.Prepare Report to Accounting Department.
11.Handle overdue containers


Requirements:
1.College graduate, major in International Trade/Foreign Trade is preferred;
2.Be familiar with MS software;
3.Excellent command of English (CET4 or above);
4.Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English; Cantonese speaking is essential as frequent contact with Hongkong customers;
5.Pleasant personality, customer focus and tactful telephone calls handling skills

6.Contract period : 5 months
