Main responsibilities:
1.Sales and marketing of the business unit copper alloy strips & profiles, including:
(1) Evaluate sales data to support Management in the yearly and strategic planning.
(2)(Re)activate previous or potential customers: New projects/business opportunities/potential customers
explore.
(3) Continous contact to customers on-the-spot, organize visit report and monthly sales report.
(4) Coordinate internal/external visitors.
(5) Monitor AR and assure payment get back to account in time.
(6) Training new sales people in the department.
2.Assure stock control and ensure stable supply to the market.
3.Identify relevant customers/ opportunities and establish market intelligence.
4.Claim Management.


Main requirements:
1.Experience: Min 5. sales & marketing experience in manufacturing company, regional sales and marketing experience in leadframe, power, connector ,semiconductor or car industry preferred.
2.Qualification: Degree in Marketing, Technical Engineering, Business, Trade or equivalent.
3.Skills: MS Office, presentation skills,biz sense.
4.Personality: Willingness to travel, well trained communication skills and analytical thinking abilities. Must be a teamplayer, task-oriented & able to work under pressure.
5.Language: Good command of oral & written English.
