Job description:
1. Managing daily activities of a multifunctional team to bring a product from concept into mass production and owns overall program responsibility;
2. Specific tasks include project budget management, risk definition and risk management, schedule development, contract writing, negotiating contractual terms;
3. Capable of delivering product spec, dev schedule, costed BOM, team meeting minutes, project monthly status reports, design review summaries.

Requirements:
1. 5-year experience in hardware program management with demonstrated team leadership success and strong engineering background;
2. Excellent people skills, communications skills, and is flexible and open to change;
3. Is self-managed, action oriented, and results oriented;
4. Able to make detailed planning and organizing;
5. Strong customer focus and able to achieve success in a dynamic/harsh environment;
6. A passion for technology passion and committed to delivering world class products.
