Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for merchant’s communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on BD merchant's GMV and revenue.
2. Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality BD acquisition standards and merchant's expectations are met.
3. Ensures that merchant's account and business issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the BD team lead or BU head of any problems that may arise.
4. Works closely with BD sales team/Customer support team/Trust and Safety team/Category management team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of merchant status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the merchant performance.
5. In pursuit of opportunities for merchant's ramp-up and business growth
6. Reports to BD team lead, providing regular input on all account activity, including status, metrics reports and account management on a weekly basis.

Requirements:
1. Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
2. Minimum 3 years of Account/project management or sales background especially in fashion, home&garden and health&beauty fields
3. Detail oriented
4. Motivated, goal oriented and a skilled negotiator
5. High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills
7. Undergraduate degree or above
8. Nice to have if she/he happens to be a EC store owner or existing eBay/PayPal seller
