工作职责：
1、通过在线（QQ、旺旺、京东IM等平台软件）聊天，与顾客沟通，促成订单；
2、处理电商平台的订单。（*整理发票信息、跟踪发货，追踪物流等）；
3、负责顾客退换货、接受并处理顾客投诉等售后服务工作；
4、语言表达能力强，可独立通过电话与客户协商各项网购事宜。

任职要求：
1、女性优先，思维敏捷，有责任心，普通话标准；
2、工作细心，有一定学习能力，态度积极向上，能长期稳定工作；
3、有耐心，亲和力佳，具备很强的主动服务精神；
4、大专及以上学历，接受6天工作制；
5、应届毕业生亦可，公司提供良好的晋升及发展空间。
6、对电子产品有浓厚的兴趣。
