职位描述

Purpose of the position:
To create a fair, respectful, diverse and high performance culture to enable people to contribute their best.
Responsibility:
l Lead negotiations and consultation with any formal union and staff on behalf of the company with a view to achieving positive outcomes and board agreement to proposals which meets company business goals.
l Lead on the employee relations aspects of proposed changed to organization structure and employment levels and contracts which are needed to support the delivery of the company
l Contribute to the strategic development of the human resource function by developing a progressive, business focused employee relations strategy that meets the current and future needs of the organization.
l Contribute to the continued improvement of the health of the organization by monitoring performance indicators, such as sickness absence, levels of grievances and disciplinarians and work/life balance, and developing initiatives and solutions to enable positive trends.
l Identify and implement positive employee relations programmes which will lead to a more efficient and motivated workforce.
l Manage effectively all litigation and employment tribunal cases for the company and act as the Intelligent Client for the company retained lowyers, protecting the reputation and finances of the organization.
l Maintain liaison with internal diversity networks to enable the company's diversity targets to be met and contribute to the development and implementation of diversity action plans that comply with the overall aims of the employee relations strategy.
l Ensure HR policies and processes are current, conform to employment legislation and, where appropriate, are coherent with other government departments' practices.
Job Requirement:
l college or above
l at least 3 years of working experience in ER field
l Good English / Chinese communication in both writing and speaking
