职位描述

SUMMARY: Directs and coordinates the human resource activities such as policies and practices, employment, compensation, benefits. Facilitates communication to improve human relations and work performance within organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manages the interpretation, preparation and application of established corporate policies and reports necessary to carry out functions of the department.
· Directs and maintains various activities designed to achieve and maintain a high level of employee morale.
· Administers and/or implements and communicates current benefit programs, policies and procedures.
· Lead and develop team / junior HR staff to provide support in C&B and , recruitment
· Follow Laird recruitment policy to support PBU hiring need
· Develop recruitment channels to source qualified candidate for open positions
· Facilitate the interview process , conduct interviews and provide feedback from HR's perspective , offer design and negotiation and follow up with candidate to secure the onboard
· Select and identify quality local recruitment vendors to enhance the candidate sourcing capability
· Plans and coordinates new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
· Conducts exit interviews.
· Provide primary support for employee information system database development and usage.

· Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Excellent presentation skills.
· Ability to handle confidential material.
· Ability to facilitate groups and meetings.
· Ability to work effectively with all levels, both internally and externally.
· Thorough knowledge of employment laws, and other government compliance regulations that affect job recruitments.
· Passionate about HR function and is willing to take job rotation within HR team

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field preferred, experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
· Minimum five years Human Resources experience.
· Experience with office computer software and electronic data maintenance.
