职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Complete the final compensation and severance allowance for leaving employees;
2. Execute monthly payroll and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees every month;
· Make monthly reconciliation report on total compensations to clarify the difference;
3. Update employees on any new issues of Individual Income Tax from Tax Department.
4. Leaves management according to company policies and procedure;
5. Overtime management according to company policies and procedures;
6. Accurate staff information update and safely keep, proper and duly personal profile and HR documents filing;
7. Various certificating and attesting letters upon employees requests, in line with company's policies and procedures.
8. Any other HR related job tasks assigned by HR superior
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, preferred from Finance; good sense to numbers;
2. 4 years HR experience within which 3 years focus on C&B with a positive attitude;
3. HR, Law and tax knowledge;
4. Good analytical and problem solving skills, good judgment and decision making capability;
5. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills;
6. Good written and verbal English;
7. Able to handle confidential information appropriately;
8. Be proactive.
9. Strong knowledge in salary structure and development, benefits and compensation, surveys/benchmarking and job evaluation systems;
10. Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
