Position: Customer Services/ Sales Assistant

Job Duties:

(1) Follow up customer order

(2) Follow up delivery shchedule with purchasing and customers.

(3) Assisstang sales data entry for Internal System.

(4) Support Sales to call/follow up quotation with customers.

(5) Being able to handle Multi Tasks

(6) Prepare reports when necessary

Requirements:

(1) Minimum High School Degree (College Degree a plus)

(2) Must Type at least 35 words per minute in English

(3) Good Interpersonal and communication skills in English

(4) Must have good attitude and be a teamplayer

(5) Talktive - willings to talk with cusotmer for quotation/order/delivery schedule follow up.

(6) Clear Mind Set - To be an assistant only.

(7) Open minded and well-organized
