1、收集所跟线别的不良品数据，根据每天不良率高的前三项作为重点改善对象，并制定具体的改善方案及目标不良率；
2、每天在巡线过程中确认员工的作业手法，指导或纠正员工的作业手法(包括现场的物料、工治具的摆放)，确保员工的作业标准化；
3、快速解决生产突发事故，避免过多的不良品产生；
4、确保现场所使用的工治具符合产品或工艺要求；

5、熟悉耳机蓝牙功能，有相关经验优先；
