Requirement:
-College degree or above in Textile Engineering or relevant
-At least 5 years technical service management experience gained in either marketing, sales or product development in textile industry, full knowledge of sewing machine and sewing applications, familiar with sewing machines types used in footwear &speciality thread and know how to adjust them
-Proven ability of providing technical support to customers on site, ability to work in cross-functional teams
-Good command of read and written English, can speak is a plus, team spirit and good at coordination and communication
-Good management skills, team leader, proactive and ownership

Responsibility:
-Technical support for customers in these area, e.g. troubleshooting, quality complaint
-Give thread recommendation and conduct thread seminars to customers and brands or Coats staff, develop sound technical relationship with brands and their contractors
-Products internal and external sewing trial of newly developed thread and relevant evaluation
-Support sales team in technical selling
