Requirement:
-College degree or above, major is unlimited
-At least 5 years or above working experience including 3 years in Zip industry, sound knowledge about Zip types, functions or related, full technical knowledge in Zip will be preferable
-Good command of oral and written English, fluent Mandarin
-Good ability to communicate and present, team spirit and good team management

Responsibility: To develop zip opportunity in South Apparel / Export Division and achieve business growth.
1. Increase Market Share by enhancing our zip products and identify new opportunities to sustain business grow in China
-Penetrate in buying office / direct sales / Export customers to promote Opti zip products
-Control on smart prices quoted to ensure a profitable contribution / GP return
-To collect market intelligence and collaborate with Global Sales Team
-Coordinate factory tour, seminar, presentation to increase Opti brand awareness in the market

2. Manage Zip team for the daily enquiry from customer
-color matching, samples delivery, prices negotiation and payment collection
-Takes orders from the customers and delegates them to the sales order processing staff for further process
-Monitor our delivery on time
-Complaint handling when quality / application issue happens

3. Design the Sales Planning, Forecast and Projection effectively
-Slider pre-book timely
-Monthly rolling forecast review for Demand planning to keep our stock / reserve capacity for specific production line properly

4. Keep informed on new pullers / products and other general information that interest the customers. Fully support direct sales team to speed up our new product promotion
-Coordinate with manufacturing for new puller / product development
-Support Direct Sales Team in new zip products launching
-Provide accurate forecast after consolidate the market requirement
