RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support
Make phone call with customer according to the Customer List
Collect and consolidate recall feedback report
Responsible for meeting planning and prepare meeting agenda
Provide guests or customer greeting, support/coordinate visits
Manage all aspects of personal assistant activities to credit card DS , including stationery office equipment supplies.
Responsible for all aspects of travelling arrangement, including airline hotel reservations
Check work attendance of whole employee in credit card center, manage express affairs
Staff lockers arrangement, distribution and use of management
Credit card application form management, including the payment, recovery and tracking the use of wear and tear condition
Other administrative requirements provided by manager
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Strong interpersonal skill and good team player
Good organization and coordination skills
Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC & Office
Stable, reliable, hardworking, flexible
Attention to details
College graduate and above
1 year assistant experience is preferred
