Responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis and advice for various departments in the area of project initiation and execution.
- In charge of the annual budgetary exercise of the company and prepare forecast of the business based on actual and projection of business transactions and events. Ensure all periodic budgetary and forecast financial reports are delivered accurately and timely.
- In charge of the Financial Accounting section, responsible for all financial accounting record keeping, transaction processing and reporting. Ensure that financial activities occurring are in compliance with the statutory requirements, policies and internal controls.
- Formulate finance and accounting manuals and policies and ensure compliance.
- Provide strategic input to new financing and loan negotiation. Prepare funding requirement analysis, coordinate and participate in contract negotiation. Handle relationships with bankers.
- Formulate tax planning to fully utilize applicable tax exemption policies and incentives. Manage and deal with all tax issues and matters, maintain good relationships with Tax Bureau, initiate, apply and to obtain various tax incentives.
- Handle, maintain relationship and deal with matters relating to government.
- Deal with external and internal audit matters.
- In charge of Administration Department.
- Develop and coach subordinates.

Requirements
- University degree with major in finance and accounting
- 8 years experience in managerial position of finance
- PRC accounting and tax knowledge
- Solid financial exposure and knowledge
