Detail Responsibility 主要职责
1.User Front Helpdesk Support 用户前台支持
- MS windows and office support & maintenance 微软视窗和办公支持和维护
- Software support 软件支持(Acrobat, CD Creator, Image Viwer, Anti-Virus, Easy Sync, ...)
- Hardware support and troubleshooting and repairing 硬件支持、发现和修理故障 ( Laptop&Desktop, Printer, Copier, CD-Burner, Scanner, Card scanner, Palm, Fax, Mobile phone, Digital Camera, Movable HDD )
- WAN&LAN network support and troubleshooting 网络支持、发现和修理故障
- Telephone &Voice-mailbox support and troubleshooting 电话& 语音邮箱支持以及发现和修理故障
- New-coming users IT basic operation training 新用户IT基础操作培训
2.System administrating 系统管理
- User and Computer account managing 使用者帐户&电脑帐户管理
- File server folder managing (sort, organize regularly and distribute appropriate rights to users) 文件服务器文件夹管理（为使用者分类、组织和分配适当的权限）
- Server file daily backup and checking 服务器文件每日备份和检查
- Server, UPS hardware maintenance. 服务器， UPS硬件维护
3.Security administrating 安全管理
- Implement and drive IT policy 执行和推动IT规则
- Anti-Virus software daily updating 防病毒软件日常更新
- Release the lastest Virus info alert timely to users and recovery deployment 及时向用户发布最新病毒信息及防御部署
4.Business application system support 商业应用系统支持
- Provide business application system technology support, including DBA and Function Module .提供商业应用系统技术支持，包括后台数据库管理及前台功能模块。
- Provide function training of application to users.对用户提供商业应用系统功能培训。
- Based on user request and business process analysis, implement system extending or customization.根据用户需求和业务流程分析，进行系统扩展或客户化。
5 IT equipment purchasing & counting IT设备采购及盘点
- receive & check & install & setting the products ( computer involves OS&software installation ) 收货、检查、安装、安置产品（电脑包含OS和软件安装）
- archive associated documents and files 完成相关的文档和文件。
6 Others 其他
- Complete other activity assigned by supervisor 完成其他主管交办事务。
Requirement / Qualification 要求 / 资格

1 Education and/or Experience 教育和/或工作经验
本科学历或相等的证书，计算机、信息技术或自动化相关专业, 两年以上工作经验及有效证明。
Bachelor degree with Computer, Information Technology or Automatization major, min 2-year working experience.
2 Language Skills 语言能力
善于沟通和处理人际关系，良好的英语能力
Be good at communication and relationship, good English capacity
3 Other Skills and Abilities 其他技能要求

了解全面的系统管理与企业应用体系，有相应的CCNA或MCSE资格认证为佳。
Be aware of general system management and business application system, having CCNA or MCSE certification qualification is perfect
4 具备团队合作精神和亲和力.
Must have strong team work spirit.
