Responsibilities:

• To follow up on routing
  orders or order acceptance and feedback to customers and overseas stations
• To handle customers'
  inquiries, complaints, claims follow up, verify credit terms and credit
  status, and coordinate with departments concerned on related issues
• To arrange and coordinate
  with domestic / ocean / air carriers to meet customer’s requirement
• To perform “push and pull”
  between Hong Kong and overseas offices.
• To coordinate and maintain
  effective daily communication with customers, overseas stations and
  vendors
• To greet and meet with local
  vendors and conduct presentation.
• To delivery service
  excellence and meet customer’s expectation and satisfaction.
• To monitor and ensure
  smoothness of all processes from order acceptance to pick up arrangement
• To update and communicate
  with Sales & Marketing department about the customer’s requirement for
  pricing and marketing strategy
• To provide customer analysis,
  findings, requirements and recommendation for SOP update
• To prepare materials for
  meeting with onboard customers, carriers
• To inform supervisors of any
  irregularities or problems that require assistance and to feedback on
  subcontractors’ standards and services
• To work in accordance with
  company’s SOP and any specific customers’ requirement
• To file documents and update
  clients’ contacts to our database
• To generate quotation and
  service proposal to customers

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
  (University degree preferred)
• Relevant experience in
  freight forwarding / logistics industry is preferred
• Relevant experience in 3PL /
  “ TransPacific” trade lane is preferred
• Fresh Graduates will be
  considered
• Good command of spoken and
  written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Responsible. Time Management.
  Sense of Urgency
• Resourceful, innovative, with
  strong analytical skills
• Hands on experience on MS
  Windows and Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal and
  communication skills
• Immediate availability is
  preferred
• Basic English in communication and email correspondance
