Responsibilities
1. Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to cover assigned account.
2. Develop comprehensive sales plans for customers
3. Maintain active funnel in order to satisfy sales targets
4. Qualify, follow up and close opportunities for customers
5. Work with partners on sales process and account coordination
6. Generate and develop relationships with the customers in customers
7. Coordinate & communicate cross project with different sales with support teams
Requirements:
1. BSEE required
2. More than 5 total working experience, over 3 years in relevant industry experience is preferred
3. Strong skills in Sales Fundamentals (listening, probing, analyzing, problem solving, lead qualifying, negotiating, persevering, closing), Prospecting & Value-based selling, Customer-centric Selling , Planning & Management
4. Collaborates & Teams Effectively& High motivated and ambitious
5. Good presentation, written, and communication skills
6. Electric/Electronic /Telecom background, experience in test and measurement is preferred
7. Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
8. Ability to work and travel
9. Knowledge of the RF PHY requirements for the following wireless communications standards:
？ WLAN/Bluetooth/GPS/FM/NFC
？ Cellular GSM/GPRS/EDGE, EVDO/HSDPA, LTE
