Position responsibility：

1.Create, manage and maintain display principles, guidelines and standards which support and deliver the product and brand vision;

2. Prepare store layouts, communications, seasonal and promotional launch information in liaison with all streams of the business;

3.Suggest new ideas, promote and develop merchandising techniques through equipment or display;

4.Monitor visual standards and execution in stores. Create company standards manual, routinely review and update content as needed;

5.Develop the VM training system and deliver the training to the store operation team.

Position requirement：

1.Bachelor degree majoring in Merchandising, Art, Design, Interior Decoration；

2.Minimum 5 years direct experience at management level in visual merchandising (lady garment), with visual merchandising in a retail chain store environment；

3.A strong understanding of the retail industry and the ability to seek and understand trends；

4.Proven ability to develop, coach and manage performance of others；

5.Good English verbal and written skills；

6.Excellent attention to detail, follow-up and organizational skills；

7.Travel as requested is required.
