1、本科以上学历，电子、通信相关专业优先；
2、两年以上硬件工程师工作经验；
3、熟悉基本元器件特性、使用范围，良好的数字电路基础，会使用常用的测试仪器；
4、熟悉SMT工段生产工艺知识，懂物料管理知识及生产管理知识;
5、英语良好，能口语沟通.
