相关工作经验及技能要求：
1. 本科及以上学历,二年以上工作经验；
2. 开朗乐观，有良好沟通能力，工作态度认真，责任心强；良好的沟通能力与团队协作能力；
3. 熟悉JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, jsp以及HTML、CSS、XML等前台相关技术；
4. 熟悉并会调试各浏览器兼容性bug；
5. 对web前端优化有较深入理解；
6. 对服务器/后台开发有一定认识；
7. 对用户体验、可访问性、前端性能有独到见解和实践经验；
8. 有手机Web界面开发经验者优先。
