任职条件：

1、大专以上学历；

2、3年以上机电管理工作经验；

3、持有深圳市有效电工证，具中级以上技术等级；

4、持物业管理员上岗证，有物业管理机电工作经验；

5、良好团队精神及沟通技巧、良好组织、协调和控制能力。

岗位职责：

1、在机电主管的直接领导下，负责商场机电管理工作；

2、负责编制设备、设施维修保养计划，并组织人员进行实施；

3、负责保障商场供电、供水、供气、空调等基础经营条件正常运行，负责计量、统计各种经营单位的用水、用电、用气、送风、空调的使用数量，配合项目财务部完成各项服务的收费工作；

4、负责对商场设施设备的日常管理、保养及维修；

5、负责商场的供配电、给排水、消防、电梯、弱电系统、空调及建筑装修等项目的验收和资料核实工作；

6、负责安排、检查商户特约维修工作，跟踪检查完成情况，确保维修质量；

7、负责对工程组人员进行培训，并对其工作业绩进行考核；

8、负责监管监督装修改造过程和质量；负责商户装修改造工程竣工验收，有权对过程不合格和质量不合格的工程事项提出整改意见，并监督整改工作；

9、负责工程物料的申购、采购、入库、领用、毁损报废处理等工作；

10、负责商场范围内的各种应用节能工作。
