Responsibilities:

1. Manage customers' order, inventory level and arrange delivery

2. Process sales invoices and payment requests

3. Handle customers' inquiries & complaints

4. Prepare daily/monthly sales reports

5. Work closely with sales team to achieve monthly & yearly targets

Requirements:

1. College degree with at least 1 years of sales administration experience is preferable;

2. Data input, billing or shipping experience is also preferable;

3. Good command of spoken and written in English;

4. Proficiency in PC operations such as Word, Excel and Chinese word processing; Knowledge in SAP is an advantage

5. Patient, careful, strong team player, responsive, good coordination skills and can be work under pressure;
