1、 全日制大专以上学历，计算机网络、通信等相关专业；
2、 了解或熟悉Cisco网络产品；
3、 能熟练阅读和理解英文技术和工程文档；
4、 具备扎实的数据通讯方面（网络体系机构、TCP/IP协议、LAN、WAN、IP-VPN等）理论知识；
5、 熟悉各类路由协议(RIP，OSPF，BGP，IS-IS)和多层交换技术，了解MPLS VPN工作原理及平台路由配置(PE、CE)；
6、 会使用网络分析工具；
7、 具备优秀的沟通组织能力和服务意识，责任心强；
8、 能适应经常性短期出差；
9、 能讲流利广东话优先
