职位描述
工作目标:
在部门经理领导下进行新供应商、新产品的引入，拓展业务，执行公司的业务发展战略；
负责公司的存货和供应管理，与公司绩效标准一致，保证高效率的营运要求；按照销售需求，保证快速的市场采购反应能力，适应公司的业务发展战略
1.拓展并提供新业务支持，快速响应市场需求，及时发现新业务机会，并进行市场畅销品种的询价、采购谈判；
2.制订并实施采购计划，分析销售趋势并提出采购和库存建议，调整库存水平，保证销售订单满足率；
3.严格执行采购上下限制度，保证货源充足, 关注退货情况，及时处理不合格商品
4.合理控制库存水平，控制库存金额与周转天数在预算内；
5.控制支付风险，严格遵守采购指令, 保证采购订单合理、及时支付；
6.供应商关系维护。定期拜访药厂、供应商，处理与跟进有关供应商服务质量的问题与投诉；
7.协助供应商进行招标及相关工作；
8.跨部门合作，加速产品流动，提高内外部客户满意度
任职要求:
大专以上学历,药学或医学、生物、化学等相关专业,5年以上工作经验，至少1年药品采购经验,熟悉与药品相关的法律法规；具有基本的财务知识；熟悉采购流程、仓库和供应链操作,熟悉ERP系统，良好的电脑操作能力（ Excel, Word, PPT）,主动、高效，良好的心理素质,良好的组织计划能力、协调沟通能力、谈判能力、公关能力,良好的分析判断能力，较强的解决问题能力，良好的团队精神,工作踏实认真，正直诚信.
