质检工程师
主要工作职责
1. 负责确保运送到现场的产品质量
2. 准备产品的检查、测试和评估报告
3. 对于产品的质量性能、检查工作和检测报告要及时和泰国总部沟通交流
4. 与项目负责人协调，确保项目的质量计划，检验和测试计划都能按照先前的工作计划进行提交和批准执行。
5. 对供应商提供技术支持和培训
6. 改善工作环境，展示我们的价值观和道德观
7. 提供质量检测团队的领导能力，确保始终坚持公司的战略方向
8. 确保所有有关质量控制的操作行为是有效的、有效率且有建设性地开展
其他职责
1. 建立日常材料检查和测试的质量控制系统
2. 建立并进行定期质量检测和过程改进
3. 推动相关政策部署目标的质量
4. 评估供应商和承包商的生产（质量审计）和质量系统的能力，以确保他们能满足我们MBM和客户的要求与期望
5. 及时处理销售团队反馈回来的关于客户质量问题的投诉，推动必要的改进。
QC Engineer
Main Responsibility
1. Responsible for ensuring the quality of the products delivery on site
2. Prepare report on performed inspections, tests, ratings and improvements.
3. Communicate with Thailand head office for quality performance, inspection jobs and check reporting.
4. Coordinate with project representative to ensure that Project Quality Plan/ Inspection and Test Plan are submitted and approved prior to the execution of jobs.
5. Provide technical support and training for vendors
6. Promote a work environment that shows our values for people and ethics.
7. Provide leadership of QC teams to ensure consistent adherence to company strategic direction.
8. Make sure that all actions in quality controls activities are conducted effectively, efficiency and constructively.
Other Responsibility
1. Set up day to day Quality Control System in raw material inspection and testing.
2. Set up and lead regular quality review and improvement process
3. Drive quality related policy deployment objectives.
4. Evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors production (quality audit) and quality system capabilities to determine if they meet MBM and customer requirements and expectations.
5. Handle customer quality complaint base on sales team feedback and push necessary improvement.
