职位描述
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the client in delivering Openbravo ERP and/or Openbravo POS
- Conduct product demo, as needed
- Facilitate discussions to understand the business requirements of the client. Analyze and propose improvements, if seen applicable
- Document current and proposed business processes of the client
- Configure Openbravo ERP to meet the agreed design with the client
- Create test scripts, and perform comprehensive tests of the system
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Tests) with the client, and perform CRP (Conference Room Pilot), if requested by the client
- Prepare user’s manual, and conduct training for the users
- Implement pilot among selected users of the client
- Deploy system, and assist with change management, if needed
- Document configuration performed on the system for the client
- Provide necessary support to the client during the pilot period and after the deployment
- Additional responsibilities for Openbravo POS
- Deliver required format of receipts and reports
- Arrange the request for the permits of POS machine/s of the cliution delivery with the team leader of the project
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any information systems-related course
- Must have fundamental understanding of ERP, POS, database management, virtualization, networking
- Must have basic knowledge of Linux, PostgreSQL, Java, JavaScript
- Must be willing to learn Openbravo ERP and/or Openbravo POS and other required skills. Training will be provided accordingly
- Knowledgeable in Accounting preferred
- Must be comfortable and good in dealing with people. Must have good oral and written communication skills in English
- Must have good analytical skills and pays attention to details
- Must have initiative, be able to work with minimal supervision, and work well under pressure
- Willing to work in remote locations away from the office. May be deployed to the client’s location for the implementation of the system
