Qualifications：
Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Logistics perfered 本科及以上学历，工程、物流相关专业
Minimum of 3 years automotive industry (or comparable) experience 最少三年汽车行业或相关经验
Purchsasing,Quality and Manufacturing experience preferred采购质量或制造经验优先考虑
Profound knowledge and experience in project management 有项目管理知识和经验
Proven capabilities in problem solving 有解决问题的能力
International work experience and high intercultural sensitivity and social competence 有国际工作经验和很好的社交能力
Excellent English language skills, German language skills would be a plus 良好的英语语言能力，德语更佳
Assertiveness as well as the ability to work in a team果敢的团队工作能力
Interpersonal and problem solving skills, team orientation are necessary along with computer competency, e.g. MS Office Professional applications 国际工作经验，团队协作精神，基本的计算机操作。

Supplier Evaluation and Release/ ABC Classification of Parts

Prepare and participate in source evaluations. Plausibility check and verification of development measures together with audit leader and, if necessary with 3rd parties.

发起采购定点会议，同内部评审或第三方评审一起评估供应商质量和研发能力

Support supplier development and work with suppliers, and if necessary with tier-n suppliers, on advanced logistic planning for selected projects； support problem resolution activity at the supplier when logistic issues arise.

支持供应商开发下属供应商，优化供应商物流计划，支持解决相关问题。

Plan, organize and conduct “Round Tables” with cross functional team for early identification of supply problems through mandatory and active involvement of suppliers.

组织和各个部门圆桌会议早期定义供应问题，并积极引入供应商参与进去

Assessment of logistic-related parameters along the supply chain creation process and result communication

评估供应商的物流实力，通过沟通一起定义物流的流程

Review and release of supplier’s FMEAs with support from Quality. Control implementation of defined corrective measures and monitor their effectiveness together with suppliers.

与质量一起评估供应商FEMA，监督供应商执行力和有效性

Set up project schedule and get supplier’s commitment for defined milestones.

建立项目进程，并要求供应商对重要节点做处承诺

Prepare detailed documentation with all necessary approvals and achieve common understanding of actual logistic planning state. Prepare hand over meeting to the Logistic-Engineer of the plant.

准备详细的认可资料，并达成物流计划协议。 完成定点后将物流工作交于工厂采购
