Job description :
· Performing quality installations of printing presses;
· Press repair, trouble shooting and preventive maintenance;
· Providing excellent customer service while advising the customer on equipment features and maintenance.

Requirement:
· University graduate, or new graduated majoring in Printing Technology, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering;
· At least three years professional experience, especially in industrial equipment onsite installations preferably in joint venture or foreign enterprise;
· Good English language skills both verbally, reading and in writing;
· Excellent customer care attitude and customer relations skills;
· Willing to travel frequently.

工作职责：
· 高质量地完成印刷机的安装、调试工作并能够进行印刷机的维修、维护，及时解决客户出现的问题；
· 提供令客户满意的服务，并能够就印刷设备的维护、维修向客户提供专业咨询意见。

职位要求：
· 大学专科以上学历，印刷技术、电子或机械工程专业优先；
· 三年以上印刷行业机械设备安装及调式经验，有外资企业工作经验者优先；

优秀的应届毕业生也考虑；
· 良好的英语表达能力及计算机应用能力；
· 良好的客户服务意识及与客户沟通能力；
· 适应频繁出差
