系统服务销售主管 Systemservice Sales Executive

职位描述:

• 向印刷行业客户推销售后服务合同和零备件产品；
• 预测并应对客户对售后服务和零备件产品的需求，向公司及时提供客户调查和市场信息反馈；
• 向客户提供适合的服务包及零备件产品的报价，进行合同谈判及合同执行，协调相应的订货和运送事宜；
• 定期对客户进行跟踪回访，确保客户的最大满意度；
• 及时了解掌握行业的动态和发展趋势，向上级提供准确反馈。

Responsibilities:

Sale and promote customer service contracts and spare parts for the graphic arts industry.

Foresee and handle customers request for customer service and provide the company with information effectively.

Advice the customer on suitable customer service packages and spare parts, conduct agreements negotiating, contract execution and coordination.

Visit customers regularly to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Collect market information and provide feedback on market trends to manager.

职位要求:

• 大学本科学历，印刷或机械专业；
• 三年以上印刷行业客户服务工作经验，具备外企或合资企业技术和销售经验者优先考虑；
• 良好的人际关系和沟通技巧；
• 有独立完成工作的能力并且适应压力下开展工作；
• 熟练使用电脑；
• 良好的英语听说读写能力，懂粤语者尤佳；
• 适应经常出差。

Requirements:

University graduate, majoring in printing technology or mechanical engineering.

At least 3 years professional customer service experience in printing industry, preferably in foreign enterprise or joint venture.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Excellent English skills in reading and writing. Good command of Cantonese will be a plus.

Sound PC proficiency.

Willing to travel extensively.
