Requirements:

? PA for approximately 60 projects in 948HCS with Transportation, Water, Urban Programs and Building BG.
? Provide financial and decision-making support to the Project Management and Business Group Operations
? Understand, monitor project revenue / cost variances & project investment accounts and timely reporting of significant risks and opportunities for portfolio of projects spread across the region
? Analyze committed and expended costs and communicate budget overruns /savings to the Project Management
? Review contract terms and associated information; ensure project setup generates appropriate results in ERP system
? Issue/review client invoices to ensure they are in accordance with the contract terms and collate supporting backup documentation
? Apply remittance and follow up on outstanding A/R
? Ensure internal consistency, completeness, and accuracy of project data including but not limited to accruals, revenue and cost budgets, EAC updates, invoicing and project costs.
? Apply best practices and company policies throughout all phases of a project
? Have the ability to convert data to meaningful analysis using spreadsheets
? Process month-end journals relating to provision, cost accruals and other project related financial adjustments to reflect the true performance of the project
? Assist Regional Accounting Management and Business Group Project Managers


Qualifications:

? Bachelor degree major in accounting and finance is a must requirement;
? Minimum of 3 years experience in project related environment
? Must be able to apply accounting/finance knowledge or technical skills to large number of diverse situations ranging from routine project setup and management to fairly complex financial analysis
? Possess working knowledge of required system applications including accounting software, preferably Oracle
? Has working knowledge of MS Office
? Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese
? Be able to work under pressure and enthusiasm for the responsibility;
? Strong team work spirit;
