Job Description
- Managing the full spectrums of the coffeehouse’s operations.
- Responsible for the quality of customer service and beverages/products in the coffeehouse.
- Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results
- Assuring the store’s smooth operation with a hands-on approach in drinks production, cash handling, customer service, store environment and inventory management.
- Solicits customer feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the local community.
-Constantly reviews store environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- To develop, coach and train in-store partners to meet operational and organizational objectives.
- Managing the store financial performance and responsible for daily/weekly/monthly/yearly financial analysis and generating financial reports.
Qualifications
- Have passion for life, pay attention to the environment.
- College’s degree or above, major in business, marketing or management priority.
- At least 3 years hands-on or practical experience in Retail or Food & Beverage environment, with minimum 1 year in managerial level.
- Proven track record of a new coffeehouse setting up is an advantage.
- Strong ability to manage store operations independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid experience in analyzing financial reports.
- Strong customer-service consciousness and sound knowledge of customer service techniques.
- Ability to manage resources ensuring established service levels are achieved at all times.
- High sense of responsibility, excellent interpersonal, organization and planning skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others.
- Superior problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously.
- Sound knowledge of computer/POS operation and bar equipment usage.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin.

- 负责咖啡店的总体运营管理工作;
- 对咖啡店的优质顾客服务及饮品/产品质量负责;
- 为工作团队制定战略和营运计划,管理执行过程,并对结果进行评估;
- 确保店铺顺利运营,积极参与一线营运工作,包括饮品制作,现金处理,顾客服务,店铺环境及库存管理;
- 分析顾客的反馈及建议,了解顾客和门店所在社区的需求;
- 管理门店环境和审视主要营运指标,发现问题并提出改善空间;
- 发展、指导及培训门店工作伙伴,以实现营运和公司目标;
- 管理门店业绩,进行相关经营数据分析,撰写营运报告。
任职资格
- 热爱生活,关注环境;
- 大专或以上学历,商业、营销、管理等专业优先;
- 3年以上零售行业/饮品行业工作经验,一年以上管理经验;
- 具有咖啡店新店筹备经验者优先;
- 出色的门店运营管理能力,能在快节奏的环境中独立且有效的管理门店;
- 具有财务数据分析及财务报告撰写经验;
- 较强的顾客服务意识,熟悉顾客服务技巧;
- 较强的资源管理能力,确保店铺始终如一的提供优质顾客服务;
- 高度的责任心,优秀的人际关系技能,组织及计划技能;
- 较强的领导才能及团队建设技能,具有培训和指导他人的能力;
- 出色的解决问题的能力,能有效应对多种情况同时发生;
- 较强的计算机/POS操作技能,熟悉吧台设备实际操作;
- 英语、普通话流利。
