Responsible for overseeing and driving several technical teams in Supplier Quality, Internal FAB QRA , IPQA, Foundry Quality Management, Subcon Quality management, and DCC. Interface with several of the company’s internal and external manufacturing sites, both assembly & test, FAB, as well as the HQ in the US.

Specific duties:

1.Driving new product introduction in accordance with the company SOP.

2.Overseeing and driving SPC.

3.Managing, hosting and successful execution of all customer, ISO and compliance audits; identifying potential areas to avoid findings, both minor and major.

4.Must be able to drive product transitions from Subcontractors to internal factories.

5.Drive several of the site’s key initiatives such as ; Controlled SOP document revision, Customer RoHS contract, Customer quality contract, Customer PDR/8D report, ECN/Qual/PCN, Internal Process/Product audit reports.

Education and experience:

1.Minimum of 15 years of semiconductor experience, 10 years must be management experience in QRA, Process /Product Engineering, or Manufacturing.

2.Experience with Multinational Audits from US, EU and Asia.

3.Ability to speak Mandarin and English.

4.Ability to write in both Mandarin and English.

5.BS in Engineering or Physical Science, MS preferred, MBA a plus.

Reporting:

The position will have dual reporting to the Site President as well as the VP of QRA(bases in US)
